What is it?

picolizzo is the given name of our fun, elegant, delicious pastries. They have a cream puff container with a crunchy brown sugar "hat", filled with custom-flavored custard, and finished with a fun, decorative topper.

They come in a wide variety of flavors that are constantly changing and frequently being developed. If you have any ideas for flavors you'd like us to try, please send us some feedback.

What's in it?

Without giving away our secrets, all ingredients can be found in your local grocery store. Sometimes, we do include extracts or flavor concentrates, but we don't use any preservatives or chemicals.

They may include dairy, gluten, nuts, and other ingredients that make them troublesome for food allergies.

When should I eat them?

We eat them all the time! We have them for breakfast with coffee or tea. We will have them as a sweet treat during the day and, of course, they are great for dessert.

They also make great gifts to take to a friend's dinner and can be made in large batches for larger gatherings or celebrations. If you're interested, please check out our catering page.

How should I store/serve them?

picolizzo should be stored in the refrigerator. Do NOT freeze them.

They will keep for about a week before they start to get soggy. You can serve them right out of the fridge (this keeps the filling firmer) or you can leave them out for about 15 minutes before serving if you'd like.
