Steve and Lali Teitelbaum came back from a European vacation inspired to recreate in their kitchen what they had enjoyed overseas. picolizzo is the result of that.

Someday, we may leave our day jobs and create picolizzo full time, but now is not that time. However, that doesn't mean we don't want to share our passion with others.

We will direct our boredom and frustration and anger during these trying, troubling times in a more delicious direction. We want to share picolizzo with our friends and neighbors and invite you to request a little treat for you and your family.
